We take on a limited number of recruiters at a time. Check availability
Meta ads for recruiters
Job boards only reach the small slice of people actively looking for work. Scrole opens a new avenue for every recruiter, agency or solo: your role in front of the best person for it, on Facebook and Instagram, where they already spend their evenings.
Ad spend included. No lock in contract. Priced per role, not per month.
Campaigns running for
The problem
Everyone is fishing in the same pond. You post the role, you wait, and you compete with every other ad on the board for the same active jobseekers. Meanwhile the best person for the role is employed, quietly unhappy with their roster, and has no idea your role exists. Meta opens a different pond entirely, and it is open to any recruiter, whether you run an agency or work on your own.
How it works
We sit down with you, in person where we can. We want the must have tickets, the location, the money, the roster, and what would make someone leave their current job for this one.
All of it goes into the targeting, so the ad reaches the people you actually want. Copy and creative are written for that candidate, and a qualifying form screens out the rest.
Every candidate is emailed to you the moment they hit submit. You tell us which ones were any good, and we push the campaign wherever it is working best.
Why it works

Real ads from two Iris Consulting campaigns, one accounting and one dental. This is what lands between a friend's photo and a reel, at nine at night.
Ad 1 of 8. Business Services Accountant
Job boards only catch the small slice of people actively looking. Meta puts your role in front of the tradesperson who is employed, vaguely unhappy, and scrolling on the couch at 9pm. He will never see a job board ad. He will see yours.
Our ads keep appearing over several days while they think it over. We can also re show the ad to people who watched the video or started the form and did not finish. That warm second touch is cheap and very effective.
The form opens inside Facebook or Instagram, already filled in with their name and contact details. No application hurdle, which matters enormously for people on their phones at night.
In a town the size of Chinchilla or Biloela, a well run local campaign is seen by essentially every tradesperson in the district within a few weeks. No job board can promise that.
Results
Every campaign gets reported honestly, including the ones that take longer than we would like. Iris started their Business Services Accountant role on the $550 tier and upgraded partway through, so it appears twice below: where it stood at the end of the $550 run, and where it finished after the upgrade.

Who you deal with
You deal directly with the people building and running your campaigns. Nothing gets handed to a junior, and nothing gets outsourced.

No risk
You are not signing a retainer or a twelve month contract, and you are not getting an ad bill on top. Run one role, see what comes back, and decide from there. If the campaign does not produce, you have spent about what a fortnight's job board listing costs finding that out.
Start with one rolePricing
One role, one campaign, one fixed price with the ad spend already in it. Every campaign is built the same way. What changes as you move up is how much weight goes behind it, and how far it reaches.
One role that needs filling, run properly.
14 day campaign
For roles that have already been sitting open too long.
14 day campaign
The roles nobody else can fill.
14 to 21 day campaign
All prices include GST and ad spend. You will never get a separate invoice from Meta, and there is nothing else to pay.
If you are running several roles at once, or want us on retainer across everything you recruit for, we will put together a monthly rate that works out cheaper per role.
FAQ
Because SEEK only reaches people who are actively looking, and for hard to fill roles that pool is often empty. We are not a replacement for SEEK, we are the way you reach the other candidates: the ones who are employed, doing fine, and would still take your role if they saw it. Most of our clients run both.
They are not random. We build the audience around the person the role actually needs, so the ad goes to people in the right area doing the right kind of work. Knowing how to reach a particular trade or profession is the part you are paying us for. The ad itself does the rest, written so the wrong people rule themselves out before they ever click.
You will get some. Being honest about it, roughly 40 to 60 percent of leads are genuinely good depending on the campaign and how tight the role is. Every candidate answers a set of qualifying questions before they reach you, so the count comes in lower than a campaign that just collects names, and the ones who make it through are mostly the best qualified. Your feedback on which candidates were any good is how we push that number up further mid campaign.
Boosting shows your post to a broad audience and optimises for likes, not applications. There is no qualifying step, so whatever comes back is yours to sort through. A properly built campaign is a different thing entirely: it is aimed at a specific person, it is judged on candidates rather than engagement, and the people who reach you have already been filtered. Building that is the work, and it is what you are paying for.
No. The price you see is the whole cost. Ad spend, strategy, copy, creative, the campaign build and the management are all in it. You will never get a separate invoice from Meta and there is no budget conversation halfway through. Most ad agencies quote a management fee and then hand you the ad bill on top, which is how a $500 campaign quietly becomes $900.
Enough to fill the role. You get the recommended spend for your role before we start, so you are never guessing, and the full figure with the results in the end of campaign summary. Bigger tiers carry a bigger daily budget, which is most of what you are paying for as you move up.
Most campaigns are producing candidates within the first few days of going live, and often a good deal sooner. We will not put a clock on it, because a niche role in a small town takes longer than a common one in a capital city. The early days are the algorithm working out who to show the ad to, so cost per candidate typically drops as the fortnight goes on.
The role details, the must have qualifications or tickets, the location, and a sense of the money. If you have photos or video from the client's workplace we will use them. If not, we will create the creative from scratch.
Yes. The campaigns run anywhere in Australia, and regional roles are often where this works best because the local coverage is close to total.
Both. Plenty of the people we work with are one person doing the lot: the business development, the interviews, the placements and the admin. The price is the same either way because the work is the same, and if anything a campaign is worth more to you when there is nobody else to hand the sourcing to. You do not need a marketing person, a brand kit or an ad account. We handle all of it.
Yes, and it is one of the strongest assets you can bring. A good list lets us put the role in front of people who closely resemble the candidates you have already placed. If you have those lists at the right level, tell us on the first call.
